Campaigns

BlinkChat campaigns serve to boost your relationship with Instagram leads, helping with the automatic response to comments on your publications and generating links so that the customer can be redirected to your DM. Instructions on How to Create a New Comment Campaign: -> Access the “Campaigns” tab in the left side menu of the page.

->Click on the green button "Create new comment campaign".

-> Follow the three steps to set up the campaign: name and publications that trigger the campaign, keywords, and responses in the comment.

Define the Name, the Flow that will be Triggered in this campaign and also choose the publication that will be the target of this campaign. You can select any post or just a specific one.

Set Keywords, You can add keywords, the bot will send the auto-response for the keywords that are in the list. If no words are added, the bot will send the auto-response for any word.

Set up Public Auto-Reply in the feed. Create multiple replies to send randomly in response to comments

How to Create a Link Campaign

Create a New Link Campaign:

Access the “Campaigns” tab on the left side menu of the page:

Click the green "Create Link Campaign" button. Add the campaign name and the Instagram referral URL will be automatically generated when you click "Create Campaign":

After that, follow the steps to fill in the Campaign parameters:

This is a customizable parameter that you can edit to make your link unique and easy to understand. We generated a default REF URL, but you can change it now.

After that, just copy the link and paste it into your Stories or your Website.
