What to do in each BlinkChat tab?

BlinkChat is separated by tabs. When you access the platform, you can find the menu with all the tabs on the left side, which are:

Control Panel:

The Dashboard is the central area where you can access general information and metrics about your company. It is also essential for monitoring your business performance and assessing the impact of customer interactions.

Audience:

The audience in BlinkChat represents your contact list, where you can view all your contacts, including those automatically subscribed from new contact messages. Here are some of the features available:

Campaigns:

BlinkChat campaigns serve to boost your relationship with Instagram leads, helping with automatic responses to comments on your posts and generating links so that the customer can be redirected to your DM.

Live Chat:

BlinkChat’s Live Chat is a powerful feature for streamlining customer service on Instagram. It allows all direct messages to be mirrored in real-time, giving your support team the ability to monitor and engage with customers in an efficient and organized manner.

Keywords:

This functionality is widely used to start a specific flow exclusively by choosing keywords. To further optimize this capability, it is possible to create groups of words to designate specific flows.

Conversation Flows:

BlinkChat’s Flow Builder is a powerful and intuitive tool that lets you create dynamic and engaging interactions for Instagram Direct. Using a drag-and-drop template, the builder provides an easy and visual way to set up your conversation flows. You can connect conversation blocks together seamlessly and intuitively, creating a personalized journey for each user.

Settings:

Within Settings, you can easily manage every aspect of your company on BlinkChat, such as: Connecting your Instagram on BlinkChat, Managing tags, Managing fields, Adding or removing members from your team, changing the name/photo/time zone of your Company on BlinkChat, defining the default flows of your license and also the opening hours.
