How to Delete All Contacts on BlinkChat
Go to Settings > Company
In this tutorial, you will learn how to delete all contacts from your BlinkChat audience:
1. Introduction:
- The process of deleting all contacts is useful for cleaning up your audience and starting from scratch.
2. Steps for Deletion:
- Go to "Settings" and select "Company".
- Look for the "Audience" option.
- Click on the "Delete all contacts" icon.
- To confirm the deletion, type "Agree" and select the delete option.
3. Important Notice:
- This action is irreversible. Once you delete all contacts, you cannot recover them.
- After deleting, you'll need to upload a new contact spreadsheet or wait for people to message you to be added back to your audience.
Remember to be sure before proceeding with the deletion as it is a final action.
